What is collected when you visit

If you write to us — by email, or through a contact or newsletter form when one is available — we receive what you send: usually your name, email address, company and message. We use it only to reply to you and, if you subscribed, to send our occasional updates. You can ask us to stop at any time.

Where it is kept

Messages sent through the website’s forms are stored with our database provider in access-controlled systems that only our team can reach. We keep them only as long as we need them to respond, or until you ask us to delete them.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or unsubscribe from updates. Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 you may also raise a concern with the National Privacy Commission.
